Setup Guide β€” from zero to hiring

Follow these steps in order, top to bottom. Each step ends with a βœ“ Checkpoint so you always know it worked before moving on. Total time: about 20 minutes.

Step 1 β€” Sign in

  1. Go to talentbridge.bizaitec.com.
  2. Sign in with your Bizaitec account (the same login you use for the Bizaitec portal β€” your account and business were created there when you joined).

βœ“ Checkpoint: you see your dashboard with your company's name at the top.

Step 2 β€” Connect your email & calendar (the most important step)

This single connection powers three things at once: emails send from your address, candidates can only book interviews when your calendar is free, and booked interviews appear on your calendar automatically β€” with a video-call link included.

  1. In the left menu, under Company, click Integrations.
  2. At the top, click Connect Google (if your company uses Gmail / Google Workspace) or Connect Microsoft (if you use Outlook / Microsoft 365).
  3. A Microsoft or Google sign-in window opens. Sign in with your work email β€” the mailbox and calendar your office actually uses.
  4. When asked for permission, click Accept.
  5. You land back on the Integrations page.

βœ“ Checkpoint: under Connected Mailboxes you see your email address with a green Default sender tag, and under Connected Calendars your main calendar shows a green Default calendar tag. That's it β€” email, availability, and calendar events are all wired.

Something went wrong? See Troubleshooting β†’ Calendar won't connect.

Step 3 β€” Set your interview hours

This controls when candidates are allowed to book interviews. Out of the box it's Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, at least 12 hours' notice β€” change it to fit your office.

  1. Open Hiring Setup β†’ Interview Scheduling and find the Interview Hours card at the top.
  2. Click the day buttons to turn days on or off.
  3. Pick your Earliest start and Latest end times.
  4. Set Minimum notice (how many hours ahead someone must book β€” stops surprise interviews).
  5. Click Save interview hours.

βœ“ Checkpoint: the page shows "Interview hours saved."

Step 4 β€” Make it look like your company

Your logo and colors come from the Bizaitec portal β€” the same place your business was created. Fill them in once there and every connected app uses them, including your public job pages here.

  1. Go to the Bizaitec portal β†’ your business β†’ Business Identity, and add your logo and colors (if you haven't already).
  2. Saving there pushes the brand to TalentBridge automatically.
  3. Want this app to look slightly different? Company β†’ Brand Kit lets you fine-tune the job-page look (tagline, hero image, footer) β€” anything you set there stays and is never overwritten by the portal.

βœ“ Checkpoint: open any public job page (Step 5 shows you how) β€” your logo and colors are on it.

Step 5 β€” Post your first job

  1. In the left menu, under Main, click Jobs, then Create job.
  2. Fill in the title, location, and description. Save.
  3. If your company uses job approval, the job shows PENDING REVIEW β€” open Approvals in the left menu and approve it. It flips to PUBLISHED.
  4. Back on the Jobs page, click Copy Job Link and paste it anywhere β€” Facebook, Indeed, a text message. That link is your public job page.

βœ“ Checkpoint: open the copied link in a private/incognito browser window β€” you see your branded job page with an Apply now button.

Heads-up: the link only works while the job is PUBLISHED. If it shows "not found," the job is still waiting for approval.

Step 6 β€” Watch an application come in

Apply to your own job! Open your job link in a private window, click Apply now, and fill it in with your own email.

  1. In the left menu, click Applicants β€” your test application is there, in the NEW column.
  2. Open it. You'll see the screening answers, an AI match score, and action buttons.
  3. Move it through the pipeline: advance the stage, then click Send interview invite β€” the candidate (you) gets an email with a booking link that only offers your interview hours.
  4. Book a slot. Check your real calendar: the interview is on it, with a video link.
  5. After the "interview," record the decision: Hired or Not Hired.

βœ“ Checkpoint: if you clicked Hired β€” open FirstDay: the person was created there automatically, ready for onboarding. That's the whole pipeline, working.

Step 7 β€” Invite your team

  1. Team members get their app access from the Bizaitec portal (where businesses and accounts live).
  2. Inside TalentBridge, Company β†’ Team shows everyone with their role beside the name:
    • Manager β€” everything
    • Recruiter β€” work the hiring pipeline
    • Viewer β€” look, don't touch

βœ“ Checkpoint: a teammate signs in and sees the menu items their role allows.

You're done πŸŽ‰

From here, everything is routine: post jobs, review applicants, let candidates book themselves, mark hires, and let FirstDay take over onboarding. When you're unsure what any menu item does, open The Complete Menu & Settings Guide β€” every tab is explained there.

Two extras once you're comfortable:

  • Declutter your menu: the View dropdown (top-right) has an Everyday view that hides all these setup tabs now that you're done with them.
  • Running ads? Hiring Setup β†’ Ad Tracking Links gives every ad its own link so Reports can show which ads produce hires β€” and it's where you invite a marketing agency (their own limited login) if you use one.
