Finding and applying

1. Your public job board lists every PUBLISHED job, carrying your logo and colors.
2. Apply now takes about two minutes: name, email, optional résumé and phone.
3. Right after applying, they're invited to answer your screening questions online.

Joining the talent network

People who want to work for you — even when no job fits today — can join your talent network from the public site. The matching agent surfaces them when a fitting job opens.

Booking an interview

When you invite an applicant to schedule, they get an email with a booking page showing only your open interview times. They pick one; the confirmation email includes the video-call link and a calendar invite. They can also text your business number (once texting is enabled) with questions.
